I currently work with individuals who are 18+.

I draw from several therapy frameworks and models to offer an individualized approach with each client. That said, I am trained in EMDR and also draw heavily from Polyvagal Theory and Attachment Theory frameworks.

I am deeply committed to providing gender affirming care, which can range from providing one-off consults for surgery/medical readiness evaluations and documentation to ongoing therapy related to identity development and affirmation.

Please see my rates, including a sliding scale option to make these services as accessible as possible. In addition, I offer limited equity slots for those with significant financial burdens to allow for access to gender affirming care.
